Spot audits

The Stroke Foundation has been conducting the National Stroke Audit since 2007. The Audit process involves collection of a large data set measuring aspects of care outlined in the Clinical Guidelines for Stroke Management, alternating between Acute Services and Rehabilitation Services annually.

The spot audits below can be used to collect local data on key areas of multi-disciplinary care. These can be used at any time for improvement projects, to measure baseline, change or maintenance of aspects of clinical care. Data collection and analysis is completed independently at your site.
