About InformMe

InformMe was created for health professionals as part of the Stroke Foundation’s mission to improve treatment for stroke to save lives and reduce disability.

The Stroke Foundation has been carrying out this mission for many years, producing evidence-based clinical guidelines since 2003, conducting a national audit of stroke care since 2007, and providing online learning modules since 2010.

In 2016, these resources were brought together onto a single website, informme.org.au, along with helpful documents, templates, videos, links to research, and tools to guide health professionals through quality improvement processes.

The Stroke Foundation thanks all health professionals who use InformMe and who help us to prevent, treat and beat stroke.
