Patient review and stroke identification
Patient review and stroke identification is module five in a series of five Acute Stroke Action Plan modules, which are relevant to general practitioners.
This module explores reassessment intervals and also actions you can take at your practice to ensure you, all practice staff and patients can identify stroke so patients receive timely treatment, should stroke occur.
