Mind CVD project (survey now closed)
Mind CVD is a joint project between Heart Foundation, Stroke Foundation and Australian Centre for Heart Health that aims to improve Australians' access to information and support for their psychological wellbeing during their recovery from a heart event or stroke.
By 2024, the project will deliver:
- information and resources for patients, survivors, families and carers.
- information and training resources for health professionals.
- improved functionality of the Heart Foundation and Stroke Foundation teams to support Australians living with cardiovascular disease.
As a part of our community consultation, we are seeking health professional feedback to identify needs, test assumptions and prioritise activities of the Mind CVD project.
Survey closed Friday 8 July 2022.
Thank you to everyone who took part.
