in meeting the 30/60/90 National Stroke Targets.

Whether you can attend the 30/60/90 Stroke Targets Workshop or not, we invite ALL stroke clinicians across SA to complete a short questionnaire.
We value all feedback, information and input on how the 30/60/90 Stroke Targets are being achieved or what further support you need at your site. This will assist the Stroke Foundation and the Stroke Symposium Working Group in planning the workshop and prioritising areas for improvement.
Please email nationalstroketargets@strokefoundation.org.au if you have any further questions or would like to speak to someone on the 30/60/90 National Stroke Targets project team.
