My Stroke Journey

This one-hour webinar is a refresher for My Stroke Journey and how it can be used:
- as a patient-centred resource for all stroke admissions
- to meet guidelines and recommendations in stroke care
- by multi-disciplinary team members to deliver high quality information and care planning
- in both acute and rehabilitation settings
- as an ongoing resource for patients post discharge.
About the presenters
Lex Bull has 28 years of nursing experience, working in a variety of roles in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. Working as a nurse unit manager in both the neurosurgical and rehab settings, as an outpatient and in-reach rehab coordinator, and as an educator within the rehab setting has given him a broad clinical platform to help understand a stoke survivor's journey through the health system.
Lex has very recently joined the Stroke Foundation and is looking forward to helping them advance their goals for our community.
