Stroke team operation
Overview
The interdisciplinary team includes members from the different disciplines who collectively set goals and share resources. This module will guide you through the various disciplines that comprise a stroke interdisciplinary team. You will also learn about the collective responsibility to educate patients, families and carers throughout the process. Lastly, you will be provided with strategies that your team can implement to improve your delivery of quality stroke care.

- Define the role of members of the interdisciplinary stroke team
- Develop strategies to improve the quality of stroke care via ongoing professional development and reviewing stroke data.
