Overview

In this module you will explore neuroanatomy, including the vascular supply to the various parts of the brain that result in the different stroke syndromes seen in clinical practice.

  • Identify the major components of the brain, including major arteries and veins 
  • Describe the major neurological motor and sensory pathways 
  • Match neurological symptoms and signs to specific anatomical locations within the brain 
  • List the artery supplying each different part of the brain
