What is Stride4Stroke?
Stride4Stroke is the Stroke Foundation’s signature event, where in the month of November we challenge our community to pick an activity and fundraising goal and achieve it anytime between 1 and 30 November. This activity could be anything from swimming, running, walking 100 km or in your lunch break, to going to a set number of gym classes.
The best part is, you can sign up with your workmates and challenge each other, or work together towards one big goal!
How to take part
You don’t have to decide your activity right away. For now you just need to follow these three steps to sign up for Stride4Stroke:
- Setup your own Stride4Stroke fundraising page
- Create or join a team – of course you can always stride solo too!
- Tell your story. What has inspired you to join Stride4Stroke?
Once your Stride4Stroke page is set up, you’ll receive your FREE Stride4Stroke kit, including our new Stride4Stroke Popsockets – it’s this awesome little attachment for the back of your mobile phone, which offers a secure grip so you can text with one hand, snap better photos, and use as a convenient stand so you can watch videos on the fly.
If you have any questions, please get in touch by emailing Simone or Ally at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 03 9918 7202.
We look forward to welcoming you to Stride4Stroke.
