The impact of COVID-19 on stroke care webinar

The Australasian Stroke Academy (ASA) and the Acute Stroke Nurses Education Network (ASNEN) have come together to invite you to participate in this important live webinar with Vice President of the European Stroke Organisation (ESO) Prof. Charlotte Cordonnier from Lille University Hospital, France and Chair of the Stroke Foundation Clinical Council, Prof. Bruce Campbell from the Royal Melbourne Hospital, VIC.

In this one hour webinar Prof. Cordonnier will share her experiences from a pandemic hotspot in France and present the results from the ESO survey ‘Impact of the Crisis on Stroke Care’.

Prof. Campbell will discuss how the pandemic has disrupted the stroke service model in Australia, what we have learned from this and discuss how we can plan for the future.

A/Prof Henry Ma, President of ASA and Brett Jones, ASNEN steering committee member will then facilitate a Q&A session, with your active participation.
