The National Stroke Data and Quality Improvement Workshop is co-convened by the Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health, the Stroke Foundation, Monash University, St Vincent’s Health Australia and Australian Catholic University (ACU).

This year’s workshop will be a one-day event held on Thursday 28th November 2019 at Australian Catholic University, North Sydney Campus. Previous workshops were held in Melbourne at The Florey, Parkville, and we are grateful for the opportunity to host this event in Sydney.

In 2019 the workshop will feature the following sessions:

Morning session
9.30 am – 1.00 pm

  • Health care improvement initiatives

Concurrent afternoon sessions
2.00 pm – 4.30 pm

  • Prehospital, emergency and hospital care: reducing inequity of access to acute treatments
  • Telerehabilitation
  • National Stroke Data Linkage Interest Group

Please note:
A pre-workshop dinner will be held the night before the event (Wednesday 27th November).
Location: TBA.
Cost: Self-funded. A $20 deposit upon registering will allow us to book an appropriate venue for the evening.
